Lovely Jubbly Buttons

I've been quite busy recently but just had to show you these giant buttons i've managed to source, they are fantastic and I can't wait to use them on my lastest project (not quite sure what that will be yet!). I have some of them on sale over at my Folksy shop

I made this cushion last week as a Christening present, I have a tortoise, called George, and he has just re-surfaced from hibernation so he is the inspiration of this cushion. I liked it to much I've made another one to put in my folksy shop! For the Christening I added the baby's name and the date on for posterity, it will be something for him to look at for years to come I hope x

These are just some of the beautiful lampwork glass heart handbag charms i've made recently, I have been very fortunate to sell these in my local giftshop, I went into buy a present and the owner saw my charm on my bag, commented on how much she liked it, and six months later I am still supplying her. It's amazing where opportunity knocks!

I have just taught myself how to crochet and just love the way these brooches have turned out, I have gone a little bit made with the amount of wool I have bought but all the colours are so wonderful, you can never have enough wool!



These are fantastic little lavender sachets with ribbon loops so you can hang them from anywhere, I just love using felt, it feels fantastic and the colours are so vibrant and there are so many colours to choose from, I have at least 3 packs of rainbow felt, I know that's quite a but I will always use felt, so it's an investment really!! I think you can already a theme here, I like buying supplies almost as much as I like making things!! I will post some photos of my newly converted craft room full of lovely supplies x
